WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Whether you order in store, by phone or online, Boots can deliver to your home or workplace, or your choice of Boots stores nationwide, depending on the items ordered*. Boots stores vary in size and some of the goods described will be available only in large stores. To check availability of products, contact Boots Customer Care on 0345 121 9088 between 8.30am and 7pm (Mon-Fri); 8.45am and 5pm (Sat-Sun); and 9pm and 4pm (bank holidays)** . Customer Care is closed on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.

CAN I COLLECT FROM STORE?
Yes – just follow these steps…
• Orders placed via any of our ordering channels (phone, internet, store or app) may be available for collection in store. For more information on our Order & Collect service, click here.
• Our Order Today, Collect In Store Tomorrow service, free when you spend £10 or more, does not apply to deliveries of prescription medicines, which are despatched directly from the Boots Walsall pharmacy, generally using Royal Mail’s 1st class, recorded-delivery service. HOW DO I SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICES?
Boots wants you to be satisfied with any goods you buy. If you are not, inform Boots Customer Care on 0345 121 9088 between 8.30am and 7pm (Mon-Fri), or 8.45am and 5pm (Sat-Sun). Bank holiday opening times may vary**.
