Have a guess at the UK’s most googled sex positions. The answer? The Eagle came out on top (pun intended), thanks to a game on a little-known TV show called Love Island, which also introduced us to the Butter Churner, Mermaid and Candle(!). Searches also reveal that saucy Scots in Edinburgh love a 69; cuddle fans in Maidstone like the Lotus; in Salford and Sale they’re all about a reverse cowgirl; and a high five to those strong-of-thigh lovers in Slough, who go for standing sex. But whatever position rocks your world, don’t forget that condoms are the only form of contraception that can help prevent pregnancy and protect against STIs. We love these biodegradable Hanx Ultra-Thin Vegan Condoms (10-pack). Safe in every sense of the word!

It’s been a bit wet and blustery recently, and we bet we haven’t seen the last of it, either. As our usual beauty products are not cutting it, here’s how we’re storm-proofing our look:

Stop flyaway fringes: L’Oréal Elnett Unfragranced Extra Strength Hairspray (200ml).

Wave bye-bye to panda eyes: Urban Decay Perversion Waterproof Mascara can help protect lashes from lashings of rain.

Lock your base in place: Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist (80ml).

Good luck out there!

No one can deny the great feeling you get after a walk along a beach, reading your book in the local park, or going for a wander through the woods. And a new study has found that as well as upping our feel-good factor, nature can help us be more environmentally friendly, too. According to the research, people who visit natural spaces weekly and feel psychologically connected to them are more likely to engage in eco-friendly behaviour, which helps promote the health of the planet. Pass us our walking boots…

If you’re a die-hard fan of certain products, why not buy them super-sized? It means fewer last-minute Boots orders when you run out, and not so many plastic bottles being churned through. Here are some of our faves that now come in XXL:

The iconic primer Too Faced Major Hangover Bigger Is Better Primer (400ml).

The micellar that sweeps away make-up and the day’s grime in a flash: Garnier Micellar Water Sensitive Skin (700ml).

And for shampoo that’ll last longer than your latest hair cut: Lee Stafford Coco Loco Shampoo (600ml).

Micro-break magic

Gazillions of us are so busy at work, we don’t take lunch breaks in favour of ploughing on through, especially now so many of us are at home. But research has found this might be making us less productive instead of more so. A study of 1,000 companies revealed that 42% of workers are able to think more quickly and make better decisions when they feel relaxed after they’ve taken time out to centre themselves or move around. And it doesn’t need to be a full hour: techniques that helped respondents included getting some fresh air (31%), taking a walk (22%) and even getting up and making a hot drink (20%).
