Although we’re coming to the end of World Menopause Month, it’s important to keep educating ourselves and smashing taboos by talking to each other about this hugely impactful life stage. In fact, new research shows that 14 million working days are lost due to symptoms, particularly anxiety – with 85% of women surveyed by Anxiety UK and Kalms believing it was triggered by the meno. With the release of a new report documenting the wellbeing of various countries around the world, it turns out that the Netherlands scoops the number one prize for mental wellbeing (we want what they’re having!). Working from home? The chances are, the lines have blurred between the working day and your evening. Almost one in four adults now finds it harder to relax in their home – after it became their primary workspace.
