Stefan Jemeel

International make-up artist Stefan says, ‘I wouldn’t previously have rocked a blue eye, but when I saw this look [from über-cool Paris brand Atlein], I wanted to try it. By mixing the colour with a balm, it’s punchy and bright!’

Stefan used: NEW & EXCLUSIVE XX Revolution XXpress Eyeshadow Palette in XXperiment and Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream (118ml)

Trained as a fine artist, Health & Beauty regular Lan is not one to shy away from colour and texture. ‘I love that whole slightly gothic-vampy vibe this season. I created a dark red shade by blending two red lipsticks, then teamed it with highlighted skin and faintly spiky, doll-like lashes.’

Lan used: NEW MAC Matte Lipstick
in Lady Danger
and NEW MAC Matte Lipstick in Antique Velvet

Beauty legend and founder of groundbreaking make-up brand Ruby & Millie, Ruby leapt at the chance to recreate the eyeliner shapes seen at Dior for this shoot: ‘I chose this eye look because, while there’s something very classic about it, the shape and strength of lines give it a really modern twist that anyone can pull off.’

Ruby used: NEW Laura Mercier Kajal D’Orient Eye Liner in Noir Supreme

Lisa Potter-Dixon

Make-up artist, TV presenter and best-selling author Lisa says: ‘I’m all about colour. The brighter and bolder, the better. So, of course, I had to create a standout eye. This pink-purple shade works on all skin tones. I’ve taken it just above my natural socket line – but feel free to wear it higher – and combined it with juicy skin and a natural lip.’
